Titan Council
Titan Council is comprised of a group of fourth-grade students who work together to help reteach expectations to CES students, create videos to share with classes about topics such as manners or kindness, assist in planning school-wide quarterly celebrations, and act as leaders and student ambassadors for positive behavior. Titan Council is comprised of 10 fourth grade students, who change quarterly. Teachers nominate students for Titan Council who have earned a spot by staying on green for the entire previous quarter, not having any discipline referrals, and demonstrating exemplary behavior and leadership skills within the classroom.
